1997 Sable DOHC starter motor

Having to replace my starter motor. Last did this several years ago. Can't remember how I managed to gain access for removal. Any tips on removal would be appreciated. (Manuals are not specific & I didn't leave myself any notes from the last time.) Thanks.

The year is 1996 (not '97). Seems like access is from above, because of lack of clearance from below due to the cross members. Before I drain the radiator to move the hoses out of the way, want to make sure there isn't a better way to get this sucker out. Darn modern cars - I'm going to have to get me an assistant named Clarence - 'cause there's never enough "clarence" when you're trying to work on modern cars. Ha!
