Assembling a 1958/1959 Impala Steering Wheel

Got the wheel and all the parts but I can't figure out how this thing goes together. The assembly manual helps none showing how the parts attach to make the horn ring attach and operate. Can anyone help with this either a picture or a step by step? Thanks

It's a 1959 Impala with a 283 and 4 speed on the floor. No tilt wheel.

Here are some pics since I'm a newbie on this forum.

Nice ride, me likes!

Take some pix of the parts that you have and post them. I'll look through my old car books later tonight and see if I can find a pictorial to help you. I have lots of Chiltons and Motors Manuals that cover cars back to the 1930s.

Sorry it took so long, I didn't know anyone replied. Here is what I have.
Parts (http://www.impalas.com/product_information.asp?number=NL5702&back=yes&dept=1594&last=32)

Look close you can see the clear piece and the red 3 lug piece together, they are actually 2 pieces.

Horn Ring (http://www.impalas.com/product_information.asp?number=OS-172&back=yes&dept=1594&last=32)

This is 2 pieces, it has the inner metal part with the chrome horn ring.

Any help is GREATLY appreciated.
