Nah, you can drive all over the playground... but living by Grand Theft Auto rules... as long as you don't hit any people you're cool.

Infact, you can hit upto about 15 people till the cops start caring, even then you can easily outrun them on foot even.. up to 3 stars.

After 4 stars, you better have a vehicle. Or at least a bicycle. So you can do insane jump bonuses using your max bike skill to bunny hop onto buildings.

Werd... then all you gotta do is start hitting R1 R1 O R2 Up Down Up Down Up Down and the cops go away.

I did it last week when I had a 5 star wanted level. Lucky I did that, I was almost outta bullets with my Aaaayykaayyy bitch!

hahahaha my friends and I have had so many crazy ass cop chases. Bike/motorcycle chases are the best but the most memorable was a chase in vice city. I got in the golf cart and golf carts cannot be flipped so it was impossible to lose. Good stuff.
