Wiring Harness For Towing

I bought a wiring harness so I could tow a trailer but I cannot find where to plug it in. Does anyone know where the plug in spot is? Thanks...

What year of Windstar is it? I have a 96' and the harness attachment is (when looking at the rear of the vehicle) under neath the chassis along the H frame on the inner left main beam. to the left of the spare. There is a plug cover to keep it clean and must be disconnected.. to make the connection. Good luck!
