I am replacing my cv boots on my Rex and neither spindle nut will budge with any of my wrenches, even with a breaker bar and a pipe, haha. but it really isn't coming loose at all. I have a 91 CRX DX, so if anyone has had a similar problem it would be awsome for some knowledge to get that off.

Spray it with pb blaster, knock the little retaining tab up, then put your breaker bar on it and put about a 5' good sized pipe on it, it will come loose or your not very strong, add more people if nessasary. Or put a jack under the breaker bar and jack it up, that works also.

I already sprayed it with PB blaster like crazy, had me, my dad, my Fiancé and about a 6' pipe and I'm a biker and my dad's got guns so we are not weak, so I'm not sure, I think I might just get out the C4, haha. but I will try the idea with the jack.

Try a simple solution, an impact wrench. GL

impact. your constant pressure with a breaker bar isnt nearly as effective as the impact hammering while turning.

I got it off, and I did try and impact wrench and I have to say, with my 20 gal. compressor maxed and using my huge gun, the thing didn't budge, but we got both easy with a longer pipe and pb blaster.
