Powertrain Control Module

I need a logic diagram for the PCM in a 94 sl saturn. Am not getting the ses signal, car will not start. I have ignition b+ 12volts , battery b+ 12volts, 5volts on the signal data pin, all with the pcm out of system. If there is ladder logic for the pcm, where can i find it?. I'd rather repalce an ic than the whole board. I appreciate any help in this matter.

i Haynes maunal has a pretty good wiring diagram, but the internals of the S-series PCM are not sercivible. it must be reprogramed or replaced as an assembly.

before replacing the PCM, i assume you have checked for Fuel, Spark, Air, Exhaust, and Compression? sure the SES light isn't burned out? checked ALL fuses?
