I Need Help With Iac Sensor!!!!

I got a B18B swap. The only code my car is throwing now is 14 (Intake Air Control). I went to the local performance shop and got a used one and installed it and it did no good. Does anyone know what the voltage should be accros the 2 wires on the plug. I know for a fact its the right plug i already researched that.

Someone told me the ECU could be bad but how do i find this out? I dont know anyone with a 94 teg. I really need to get my car running right, it bucks at RPM range of 1200 - 3000.

The EACV plug is similar to another one. You sure you got them hooked up correctly?

Also you may want to reset your ecu if you havent already it will sometime continue reading a code after you fix the problem
