gotta fix it

Can somebody please help me???Bought this Ford used and I am trying to get my power door locks working! There are no relays under the dash ( I assume that the areas labeled for the relays that are empty are for keyless entry systems if it was installed at factory) at the fuse block there isnt even wiring going to those areas???should there be?? there is power going to the fuse for the power locks. No lock switches work in either possision. I have tried posting before but havent had any luck with people replying back for help!! Could there be a connection under the dash that has been disconnected?? I really would like to deal with this myself as a mechanic would cost me an arm and a leg maybe even my first born (LOL) I have aslo tried testing for power in the boot at the door but no power there either?? Any and all help would be appreciated

I think there are a number of folks who would like to help, but few know much about your year model. It changed a good bit from '95 to '96, etc.
I took a look at helminc.com for info on your vehicle ... it takes a bit of fishing under the aftermarket section, but you will find an electrical and vacuum diagram shop book for $32. You may want to get one.

This windstar is the GL model with a 3.8 motor. I have checked out under the dash and there is NO wiring that would lead to the relays for the door lock or unlock, found that out when I tried to put a relay in that location but low and behold it wouldnt stay in and well there is no wiring on the back of the fuse box going to any door relays. This leads me to believe that those areas would be for the keyless entry option. I do have my owners manual and I have purchased the haynes manual to but it doesnt give much in site as to any other location where any other wires could be connected prior to leading into the fuse box. Would they not join up with the passanger side wiring harness before the fuse box?? I am wondering if there is a open circuit or a ground that is loose somewhere??? I am really stumped here! I am about to call ford with the VIN ect to ask for the specs on all the options that this van had when it left the factory (might be usefull) Gee I hope my first born isnt to attached to his home (LOL) Still appreciating any and all help
Thanks
Thanks
