sliding door

I have a 1999 windstar.my right power sliding door works fine. my left side quit working. trying from key fob,all i hear is the lock working. from overhead and door mounted switches,nothing. door acuator/motor? anyone have this problem? I also cleaned the door contacts on both sides of vehicle,did not help,any help would be appreciated,mark

You might check the fuses in the battery junction box. Each power sliding door module is fed via a different fuse. The left is fuse 118 and the right is fuse 110, both 50A.
