Hi all, new to the forum here, I have a bit of a rush job here, I have to change the water pump in my 97 Saturn SC, and according to the haynes manual to drain the coolant, I have to do both the rad and engine block. My problem is this, the picture they show of the engine drain plug is focused in on that location with no visible references to actually find it. Does anyone or can anyone help me locate this drain plug. Thanks in advance and sorry for the long post. :)

Well, I changed the water pump, (found the engine block drain plug, thanks) in total the whole job cost me $127. The garage was gonna charge me $350 to do it. I'm glad I did it cuz the buzzing noise is still there though it isn't quite as bad. So at least I didn't get soaked for 350. Any other thoughts on what the buzzing could be, it is constant and gets more prominant when accelerating. The car drives fine, has good acceleration, just has that damn buzzing noise. Anymore info would be helpful.
Also I was going to take pics of the job as I went along, but there was a thunder storm threatning so I just did it and didn't bother with pics.

start the car without the belt on and see if the noise goes away, but don't run it for very long like this(60 seconds MAX) as you have no water pump and no alternator.
