I Have A 93 Pi And I Wanted To Know More About The Idle Air Control Valve. In The Mornings When I First Start My Car It Will Idle Really Ruff. Even Stalling The On The First Attempt. Then It Usually Idles Ruff For About 10 Seconds Then I Hear The Engine Rev A Bit Then Slow Down And Idle Fine. Now Can This Be My Problem? I Also Heard That Cleaning The Maf Sensor Is Good. But I Dont Have Any Engine Mods Like A K&n Filter Or Intake So I Dont Know What The Problem Could Be. Now This Only Happens When The Car Sits For A Bit Like Over Night. It Also Takes About 2 Miles To Get It To Run With Normal Power. It Seems To Be Very Sluggish Until It Warms Up A Bit. What Could This Be??? Thanks Guys

It can be the idle speed control valve. it can also be the coolant temperature sensor. If it is the IAC, yours is located in a bitch of a place to replace. I answered you i another post.http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=403241
