Hello Sixftunder,
Golly! Where's your sense of adventure. What you have here is a challange. Something to look forward to fixing. If it were me, I'd do the stuck down windows first. Undo the two screws at the bottom of the door liner, the screw behind the release handle, and (gently) push up on that big piece of plastic. Unplug all the electrical stuff, (keep the window button hooked up), pull back on the moisture shield (gently), and rap (gently) on that window motor with a hammer handle until it starts working. Saturate it with oil, then, as you work it up and down, note all the joints that you can lubricate, and do it. (Watch your fingers) Next start banging (gently) on that door lock thing. If it's stripped, go buy a new one and replace it. While your at it, replace the shot door speakers too.

If you have had someone else work on your vehicle, check all of the fuses to insure that they have not been switched around. you will need your owner's manual to see what amperage of fuse goes in each circuit.
hope that helps!
