Ok today i got my car runnin perfect thanks to several of your guys's help. I ran it for about 25 minutes with no problems at all.
But now i have a huge problem. When i push in the clutch the clutch does not disengage. Even when i use my hand and pull up the clutch arm it does nothing. It feels like it is working but maybe not reaching the clutch??? Is there any type of adjusment on these? HELP!
This is what i have by the way:
89 Civic HB
94 Teg engine
90 Teg Tranny
STAGE III Clutch
New throw out bearing

yea, im pretty sure. It feels like it is doing something but its not. Almost like it wont reach the clutch or something thats why i was wondering if there is some kind of adjustment.

I just re-clutched my civi...... I adjusted the cable length at the trans where I thought I'd leave just a little free play (so the throw doesnt ride the fingers of the pressure plate) It turns out that I actually had to adjust out more free play....
Try this... push pedal all the way. Then while holding a little pressure towards 1st or reverse.... slowly release the pedal and see if you find a sweet spot. A spot that is not all the way to the floor where you have smooth shifting. If so you adjust the cable so there is more slack. It worked for me.......
I re-read your post to be sure I wasnt confused but please clarify....

I read that your clutch does not disengage so that you can select the gear.............. Is this correct? If so then the previous advice is what I found and then adjusted for the fix. I hope this helps...... PS adjustment made at the cable support at the transmission. (black plastic nut on the cable)
