Rear Vent Windows Wont Open

Have this 2000 Windstar,with Pwr rear vent windows. But they will not open?

Have read the owners manual, looking for fuse location, but cant seen to locate!

Need help! and air movement.

In my 98 3.8L, the pwr windows fuse is in the engine fuse box (beside battery) in slot G (closest to windshield and toward driver side- ie, top right as you look from the bumper)...it is a 30 amp cb...silver in color - different from the others. Also, the is a pwr window relay in the dash panel near the open hood latch. Also, make sure they aren't turned off by a switch - as in this is a child safety deal. Recheck your manual...try fuses in the index.

These windows can stick too. If your other windows are working ok, chances are they are just sticking. What I have done was firmly push on the the window near the opener on the outside. Works every time for me! I usually only have trouble when I don't use them often, from winter to spring etc.
