Sounds like a loose wire or bad connection somewhere.

is it a constant rythmic blink? fast or slow? only on bumps? does it do it more/less with more/less things turned on? increase w/ engine rpms? steady no matter how fast or slow? only when the car is running or even when the car is off?
there r a LOT of specifics u left out in order for anyone to be able to give u a very accurate diagnosis. try a little more detail.

Loose ground cable or loose battery cable. Also, make sure the battery terminals are both solid, and not loose in the battery itself.

The Blinks Are Constant. Once The Car Starts The Lights Are Constantly Blinking At The Same Rate. Doesnt Go Faster Or Slower. Still Blinks The Same Rate When The Car Is Moving Also. Another Thing Is, The Car Keeps Dying While Driving. All Power Are Just Shut Off. Then I Have To Park For A Like A 5 Min And Then It Will Start Again. Whats Up With That

Almost sounds like a loose ground or bad battery connection. As the engine bay gets hot, the metal (like your battery terminals) warms and and expands causing an even worse connection to the battery. Try removing, cleaning and reinstalling your battery terminals and checking the grounds - that is where I would start.

most of the times the car will die because the rpm hits 4000 or more. the engine will shut off. but it can start rite up again after it dies. kinda weird how i put the car on neutral and rev it to 4000 and just died without the car moving. help guys

Sounds like possibly your alt. is shorting internally. Causing the up and down varing voltage making your lights appear to blink. And if your voltage reg inside the alt. is bad it can short out causing the car to die as in the case when you rev it up past 4000 making the reg shuts down the car.

it's the alternator. a diode (or more) on the rectifier bridge is shorted. that is causing u to send an A/C current thru u'r circuits. the distributor, fuel pump, ECU (etc.) can't work on A/C so that's y it's cutting out. also could be an open in the stator in the alternator. that would cause a flux in the available voltage. if it was bad enough it would almost be like turning a switch on an off real fast. however this would be less apparent as the rpm's climbed, so that prolly isn't the case since u die at about 4k and up. i'm betting on the rectifier bridge, which i do believe is replaceable in a honda alternator, but u could prolly get a used alternator from a yard for the same price as a new bridge.
