I've tested fuse # 34 (good) and one-touch down relay (good).
If i remove the relay the driver window stops working.
Leads me to believe that the relay is not getting anything from GEM.
Looks like it is currently in the default position and letting current through for the window to work but is not latching so that current keeps flowing for the window to roll down on its own.
Any other posters with the same experience ?
Any ideas ? hints ?

My seach yielded nothing on this. Tell us how you did it if you manage to fix it. I'll keep looking.

Where did you locate the 1 touch down solenoid in with the other solenoids under the drivers side compartment by the fuses? I to have the problem. There is a process by which you overide the one touch option and it puts it into the situation we have now its in the owners manual. To make it operate again you do the process again. This is the procedure. (1)Roll both windows all the way up. (2) Turn the key to the on position and then off again. (3) Pull out the key. Hold the window down button and insert the key back in the ignition within 2 seconds. You will here a beep and a confirming beep and the window will be back in 1 touch position. Do the process again to overide. It did not work on my car I think I might have a problem with the ignition switch. If you have a manual check for clarification.
