Crazy idea about some spinners

I had a crazy thought about some custom wheels. It's probably not possible but it's fun to dream. I am customizing my car with a theme of the POW/MIA cause, I am a volunteer for several Veteran's organizations that deal with the issue so it's close to home for me.

Here's my idea.

Try and find someone who will sell me a set of spinners that have a blank where the spinning part is, no design, no flames or directional spokes just a blank piece of metal that spins.

Take that to a water drill company and have the POW/MIA symbol cut out of the blanks and remount on the wheels!

What do you all think? Is it possible? Would it be crazy expensive?

well some people have made there own, so it is possible, but they were just in the tire shop at the same time I was so I dont know how or what they did. but if you have any fabrication shops around you, they can do it.
