no door lock/unlock relays on board

Can someone with a 95 windstar have a look under the dash and check to see if they have 2 relays, one for door lock and one for door unlock.There are places for these relays but there are none there??I think this might be my problem. We bought this used and I would really like to have my power locks working. One guy I talked to said sometimes people take out the relays out when they have problems with the door locks draining the battery??? any ideas??
