When I got off the highway 2 hr later, Still driving, I heard this clicking sound, 3 to 4 clicks in each series every minute or so, it was the door locks locking. I would unlock and then they would lock. I pulled into my driveway and they continued to click even when locking the car up with the fob. I got back into the car and then locked it up again, the clicking continued and during one of the cycles the driver's side window went down an inch. I started the car and shut everything down and closed it up. It contiued to click and about 10 minutes later then the passenger side window went down as I was standing 10 ft away. I locked it up again and the clicking continued but no window movement. The next morning I took it to the dealer. It was there 6 days!!! I just picked the car up on saturday and they ended up replacing the key pad and door lock actuators and check the door drains. They said that there was some corrosion on the contacts but that was about it. I drove the car down to NJ last night and it rained a little and all seems OK so far. WE'LL SEE!!!
Also if you put the key in the door, turn it towards the back door and hold it, this will lower the windows and open the sun roof!, back the other way and it will close them all up!, so probably it was a malfunction in the actuator, hope your problem is all solved and you never see it again!.
