Hello all...
I have a new problem with my 63 impala.
WHen turning left the car dies. I just had the battery tested, and it is good. Also, I just replaced the alt.
Any suggestions?
Thanks

Make three right turns.
Actually it's either time to rebuild the carb, or there's an electrical short somewhere.
What happens when the car dies? Does it sputter then die, or does it just loose power? Does it happen every time you turn or just when you turn abruptly. Or, is this just an April fools joke that I happened to stumble upon a little late?

well I was thinking power steering, but if its only left and not right it wouldnt make much sense, but if theres too much load on the power steering pum since it turns off the crank, it's idea, not a very good one, but it is still an idea none the less.
