Sticky Rear Door?

I am seeing a lot of you guys complaining about this he is the solution from www.impalahq.com
"Does the rear door of your 2000 or 2001 Impala feels like it is "stuck" if it hasn't been opened for several days? This is caused by the rear door header lip seal sticking to the body or molding in the door opening. The fix is to apply one of the products listed in Dealer Technical Bulletin 99-08-64-016, preferably GM Weatherstrip Lubricant 3634770."
