Fuel Filter

just wondering where the fuel filter(s) is located on my 62 impala ss that I just recently purchsed is located.

on most v-8s it should be inline near the carb. if you have a q-jet unscrew the gas line where it goes into the carb. Remove the line and you should see a fuel screen/filter. IF that doesn't work start from the tank and work your way to the engine. Your bound to find it. Could be someone has taken it out. If that's the case you might want to think about putting a filter back.
