im sure most of you guys are like me and have a few parts/mods laying around just waiting for a nice day to install, so lets see them. Heres mine.

In the picture....LS6 ported oil pump, COMP adjustable timing chain, 42# injectors, AutoMeter A/F gauge, A-pillar pods, SPEC Stage 5 clutch, stock LS1 pushrods, couple oil filters for other cars...

The motor is getting built next week. Cam is being delivered with motor.
Cam = 248/254 629/622 113
Motor = LQ9 402ci forged stroker.
Kooks 1 7/8" longtubes are getting shipped out tomorrow.
Ordering fuel lines and pump soon.

hmm...i dont have any pixz...but here is my mod list:

Not really of a pile, but this weekend/beginning of next week, I'm permenantly fixing my oil cooler leak, changing rear brakes, small tuneup (plugs, fuel filter, etc) some fluid changes and other random maintainence, then turning the boost back up to 14 or 15psi (its been at 12 lately due to boost gauge issues and the need for a tuneup) and then heading down to Atco in a week...aiming for 12.8ish if all goes well.

Well, lol, I got a brand new set of G-Force V-type 5-way latch harnesses, red in color, and a new Simpson LX Helmet, white in color.

Do those count??

I have a B&M supercooler that I plan to put in sunday...not as much a pile as it is a single box.

alright, in that case, then it will just be the blitz SBC single solenoid boost controller, a JWT tuned ECU, and a set of Nismo 615cc injectors :smokin:

just thought i would update alittle, i got a jr supercharger (6 psi), jr boost timing controller, and a couple goodies to keep her cool sitting in my room. Should be going in thursday or friday, im pretty psyked. I just installed a new radiator also. I got the 8 psi crank pulley to, but im not putting that on until my motor settles with the boost and i get a couple of fuel upgrades (pump, injectors, etc..) hopefully ill be back on friday to tell how the install went.

came in a kit. it's just a vortech s-trim. it goes on after my 31 spline axles, eaton posi, deep dish bullits with 315 nitto 555s in the rear, exhaust, shifter, and most important..mach 1 grille delete. :) Right now I'm debating on 3.27s, 3.55s, or 3.73s. Stupid traction...

yes they do. but i'm going with 31 spline axles..stock is 27 spline. so i need a new differential. and it's still stock, all my mods are kind of like..relying on eachother. I'm not going to change the wheels just to take them off to change the rear...and I'm not going to take the wheels off, change the rear, put the wheels on, take them off, lower it. Ya' know what I mean? If I get bored enough I'll do the shifter/grille delete. haha.

Yeah, after I get all those mods on I'll be destroying all those cars. I'm aiming for high 11s with drag radials. But I bet I'll just miss it with 12.1s or some shit.


BTW: I wanna run kill some C5s and try some Z06s. I'm not sure how I'd do against a Z06..I've seen them run from high 11s to low 13s.

A fender and the front lower valance is off currently, as is the hood. The car is sitting on 3 jack stands and 1 wheel.
The front driver's suspension is completely apart
the rear axle has no axle shafts.

I'm sure there are a few hundred other parts I've forgotten or are too insignificant to mention.
Just looking around my room I have turbo compressor wheels, entire turbochargers, oil and trans coolers, high temperature epoxies(two kinds), a box of SBC aluminum rods(mis-listed auction purchase), a box of 10 JE pistons, a flexplate, a meziere electric water pump, and a couple fuel pumps.

Damn I have a lot of work to do...

But you better be careful, I have seen cam only (bolt-ons as well) LS1 cars make 10.5 second passes.
Normally those are 420 RWHP cars with a TON of suspension work.

And good luck with the high 11 thing man. It is a great goal, but probably gonna require more than that supercharger and DR's. I have a friend running a ProCharger on a 96 Cobra, and he can't break outta the mid 12's. He dyno'd at 425 RWHP and runs on DR's.

Then that guy can't drive. My friend Joe has a 600rwhp blown GT mustang and he runs 12.4s@120mph. But he runs street tires. When he gets some slicks he's gonna be running lowww 11s.

That is a 175 RWHP difference man. That is a TON.

600 RWHP should get him into the 10's pretty easily.

Not saying you can't or won't hit that 11, I just don't think you are quite there yet. 400 RWHP and DR's normally get 12.2-12.4 from what I have seen.

Yeah...I know it's a huge difference. I don't even know why I mentioned him and his car. I was just thinking about it and wanted to mention it. Haha. I'm pretty confident that I'll be running 12 flats, 11.9s, maybe an 11.8. But yeah.
