Buying a 2004 Impala. What's a good price?

Well, I am almost ready to sign the final papers on a 2004 Impala LS. The car has less than 100 miles on it, so it's a brand new car. And it is not the SS. But it does have a 3.8 V6. And it has all of the basic options for cruise, air, 5 star aluminum wheels, etc. For starters, do most people in this group think they are good cars? (I'm pretty sure I'm getting an extended warranty. My last car was a nightmare.) Haven't had too many problems with the Impalas? Here's a summary of the total lines on my sheet...
Sale Subtotal: 17,531
Total Financed: 18,926
Finance Chanrge: 3,656
Total of Payments: 22,582
Deferred Price: 25,082
Unpaid Balance: 18,926
So all said and done, my down payment took care of the finance charges. But, does this deal sound good? Has someone talked a dealer down further in price? Does someone know how much the dealer is getting this car for? I want to know the absolute cheapest price someone has gotten a 2004 Impala for. I need to have all of my amo so when I walk in and start bargaining, I need to know the facts. (Or is there a good website out there with all of these prices that I can look up?)
Thanks,
David

go to kelly blue book and edmunds.com and nada.com and put it the miles and what options it has and it will tell you about what its worth. but if your buying a 2004 LS which you are I think since it has the 3.8. i would say its pretty good. I bought my 2002 3.8 LS Fully Loaded with 30,000 miles on it for 15000, which kelly blue book said that car should sell for 17 something, edmunds said 14 something and nada said 15 something. so brand new for 17000, id say thats pretty good.

Well, I bought the car. To be honest though, I didn't know that Impalas came with leather if you didn't buy the SS model until yesterday. So I went and looked at another one but it was going to end up being $4000 more. I just couldn't quite justify that. And then they said they would throw in a free remote starter and a free mirror rear view mirror with a compass in it (I get lost easy). And then I'm going to get my car seats covered with leather. The dealer said they would pay for anything over $1000 to get the seats covered with leather. Other than that, it's a pretty sweet ride.
