funny noise while turning

hello group need a little info i have a 2000 windstar and every time i turn the stering wheel i here this funny noise maybe it's the power stering pump any info or if anybody else has this problem i need all the help i can get

Change the power steering fluid will probably fix the problem.
Put a little hose into the steering fluid reservoir, suck the other end of the hose. This will drain all the steering fluid. Put new steering fluid (about .3 liters)
