Positraction specifications

I'm rebuilding the posi-traction rearend in my 58 Biscayne. I'm trying to determine if I need to replace the clutches, so I need to know the torque specs.
I'm trying to determine the specs needed to turn the free wheel. Newer manuals state to lock one wheel and using a torque wrench, read the torque needed to turn the other wheel.
Does anyone has these specs?
