OK well my brother was taking a friend home who lives in the middle of no where and her drive way is steep on both sides so his car slid off the side of the drive way he gets it back on and comes home the next morning he woke up and was driving to work and the car was thumping and vibrating heavily from the front right tire when warm it will not do it unless you make a sharp hard left hand turn but as soon as it sits for like 4 hours or so and is started after completly cooling it does it again so far i have checked nothing on it because it has locking lugs and when he bought it he didnt get a key so when he gets it i will check your guys suggestions im thinking possible broken tire belt or strut bearing not sure but any suggestions help thx in advance

Check to see if the tire is gouged out or damaged in any way(my car does the same thing, with some bad gouges along one part of it), or the belt hasn't broken/slipped. Once you determine the tire condition, you'll know if it's bearings or not. You can jack up the car, set a bottle next to it, and run the tires; if they wobble any, it'll knock over the bottle. It seems to me it's probably just the tire damaged.

I believe a good breaker bar with a long pipe can get those lugs off for you, my UD has locking lugs on it, we just use a 3/4 bar with a 10ft pipe to break them.

check wheel balance, wheel runout, wheel bearing, and CV joint, those are the likey causes. this may also help - http://www.saturnfans.com/photos/showphoto.php/photo/15886/

to get the lockers off(assuming it is the style i am thinking of), get a chisel(air hammer works great if you have one) and chisel/hammer the lug counter clockwise. once its loose you can take it off by hand, the lug will need replaced, as this will distroy it.
