help replacing brake lights (opening the cover)

my brake lights no longer function so i'm currently trying to replace them
ive already purchased new bulb and im not sure how to remove the bulb cover so i can go in and change it. i can't seem to find my owners manual so any help would be appreciated, thanks.
edit: this is a 2000 ford windstar by the way.

it is really quite simple. Here is how the Haynes manual describes it:
1. Open liftgate
2. Detach the retaining screws securing the the rear tail light housing, then pull the tail light assembly outward to access the tail light bulbs.
3. Twist the bulb socket a quarter turn counterclockwise, then remove the bulb and socket assembly from the housing.
4. The defective bulb then can be reoved and replaced.
5. Installation is reverse of removal.
