what is the easiest way to remove the inner door panel on a 1992 sc to replace the plastice clips holding it on with out hurting the power door locks?

door locks shouldn't be a problem i think, window crank is the hard part(manual mirror doesn't help ether) remove any trim panels you can(typically held in by screws) disconnect wiring, then pop the panel off(after almost distroying the door on the buick this week, i recommend buying an interior trim tool)

i have power windows so is there anything to worry about there and what exactly is an interior trim tool and how is it used?

just make sure the key is off, or if your are really unsure, disconnect your battery

honestly i've never used one, but am going to start soon. it should help remove the plastic fasteners that hold in the trim without damaging anything.

My cooling fan is not kicking on when it's supposed to, therefore causing the car to overheat and I have to keep putting fluid in all the time. The fan has been coming on when the AC/recirculation is on. Is there a censor, fuse, or motor that would need to be replaced, and if so, is it complicated and does it cost much? My friend said also the heating core might be out because some water dripped on a passenger's foot the other day. Any advise? Supposedly when it overheated the first time and I took it to someone, it was just the thermostat, which they did replace. Has not fixed the problem though.

the ECT sensor is the one you are looking for -

see if the water inside the cabin is just water or if it is coolant(coolant should smell 'sweet'). sometimes water from the A/C evaporator will leak on to the floor, this may mean the drain hole is clogged. check for coolant leaks, check the radiator side tank near the upper hose and the water pump (they are the most common places for leaks on saturns). if you can not find a coolant leak outside the car, check the oil and automatic trans fluid, if ether are abnormally high or have a milkshake like appearance DO NOT RUN THE ENGINE DAMAGE WILL OCCUR
