Fuel Filter Clips

I just changed the fuel filter on my 2000 Windstar. I thought the fuel filter clips were removable. Turns out that they are pressure clips, and I should not have removed them in the first place. Anyone know if I can have the clips replaced, or do I now have to change the fuel lines?
