Car Won't Start...Need Help!!!!

My fiance has a '95 Saturn SL. The other day we drove around in it and it worked perfectly. Then, she goes to start it the next day and it won't start. I can sit there and crank the starter without even so much as a putter of it trying to start up. Spark plugs and wires are fine. Tried replacing the ignition switch, but no luck. The really wierd thing is that when I am in the accessory position I can get my wipers, blowers, all that stuff on fine. But, the radio will not come on and the power door locks will not work. So, the car is possessed and I desperately need to get it working again. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

first, check all fuses. (start with the chime fuse)

definately a fuse.... same thing happened with my mom's 96' SL1

can't remember witch one though... i'll get back to u on that one

BTW... it went to the fuel pump
