3.8L headgaskets

I see several listings of headgasket problems on 3.8L.
I have had three of these engines and two of them '90 Taurus and '95 Windstar are covered by an internal recall from Ford. In other workds they don't advertise it unless you ask. I am not sure the program is active or expired, but Ford did have a program as late as '99.
