Bad Seller Thread

I'm suprised this forum hasnt needed one before, but that is good. But there are some people out there that are just looking to rip someone off so I'm going to put this up as a warning to other people who plan to buy though this forum. If you have anyone to add feel free. Just dont add people who dont deserve it.

I have sold a few things in the past, where I have either been extremely busy, or things didnt go as planned. So things either didnt get shipped, or were shipped late, whatever the problem, it was unacceptable.

I am slowly trying to correct the problems, and to prevent them, I for one I hardly sell stuff anymore. Two, I try and ship COD.

PL RACER is a scammer he is sounding very desperate about a tranny so im backing out...he said he didnt have a bank acocunt and that i have to send the cash first so he can ship it ....YAH RIGHT..... hes a scammer no doubt well thats all

Has anyone bought anything from 4g4dstore i'm considering but cant afford a scam

I just bought a part from a guy here on AF. We agreed on $45 shipped for it, $20 for the part and $25 for shipping. So I sent the money over paypal. Today, after shipping it he comes back and says that it cost him $56 to ship the part. He wants me to send him an extra $30 to cover the shipping. I'm posting this situation for those people that are just getting into shipping and buying. If you agree on a price and then you go and try to ship the part, and you can't ship it for the price you agreed on, DON'T SHIP IT, go back and talk to the person you have the deal with and let them know instead of assuming they'll pay more. In my situation, the person just shipped it and assumed that I would pay the extra $30 (which I did), but I want you guys to know that this shouldn't happen. I've worked the situation out, and agreed to pay for the shipping and he won't make any on the part because of his mistake.

I hope any sellers or buys don't do this so you can all get the parts you want for the right price, and the sellers don't lose any money.

I wish I would've read this sooner, but go figure, I didn't see it until I got ripped off on a Si rear seat. We agreed on $80 shipped for a '90-91 Si rear seat & inner door handles, I sent him the money via PayPal, and haven't heard from him since. It's been almost two weeks - no seat, no door handles, no communication.

Well, I'm sorry so say this - but after almost 4 weeks of no contact, I'm reporting "TheSilentChamber" as a bad seller. He was going to make a C/F lip for a client of mine. We had to send him the aftermarket lip off of my clients car so he could use it for a mold and $$ for him to make it. Well after about 2 weeks he comes back and says that somebody knocked the new lip off of his bench and he backed over it. (likely story, I'm suspecting it's true, but don't know for sure). So he says he'll send the lip back to my client along with the money. Well, my client got the lip back about a week ago, and there was no money included, and I haven't been able to get in contact with him in over 3 weeks. Kind of ironic how the person that created this "bad seller thread" ends of being a victim of it.

Well, the seller has finally contacted me and has a very good reason for not being online or contacting me. He is in the process of making everything right.

2poor2tune has failed to give me any tracking number for a girdle i ordered from him over a month ago. he hasnt contacted me in over 3 weeks and i still havent received a part that he claimed to ship. opened a paypal claim last week. ive been waiting forever because he claimed to not get my money that i sent thru paypal. his mom lost the check under a stack of papers????

had a bad expericnce with 2poor2tune sold me a si tranny for my civic told me that there was no leaks or grinds but when i installed it the tranny grinds when it is engaged like a bad bearing or something rubbing also one of the mounting holes for the rear mount had the old bolt broke off in it and cant get it out. he will not respond to any attemp to contact him so i figure this is about all i can do. dont buy from 2poor2tune. he will lie to you
