About how much for an ECT from dealership?

Approx. how much should I expect to pay for a new ECT sensor for my car at the dealership? It's a 95 SW2, automatic. I know the actual part only costs around $12 but anyone have any idea about labor? THanks!

The most I've heard is $20.
