in the rain i go pretty crazy ill try to get some pics or videos somehow the next time i do it. where i live there are some fat 4 lane 1 way streets downtown, and its all empty at like 1 am so its pretty cool. yeah its mad city street drifting like right near the police station. its all about the 4 and 5 lane streets and slick pavement! just waiting for it to rain more... (not enough hp to keep the wheels spinning when its dry...poor old KA..). and hopefully i can continue to not crash...

I used to try to go sideways in my 240, but that nasty open diff was kicking my ass.
Yeah, other than some occasional sliding u-turns, I don't hardly drift at all (and I stink @ it neway). Last January, when we had an ice storm, I took my 240 to this huge factory parking lot that was all iced over. I went sideways, backwards, did 180s, all at 20-40 mph. I had some nice drifts in there, but it's kind-of cheating to go sideways on ice and call it drifting.

driving in the snow is the best. You can practice throttle control and counter steering and heel-toeing and anything you need, while going 2mph sliding in the snow instead of 60mph sliding into a guardrail.
