Please Help!!! Car Won't Start!!!!

O.K. Yesterday i went out to start my car(99 gt 3.8) to keep the oil from settling(storing car for winter) and it started but it was running like it wasnt running on all 6 cyl. It did throw a code. I shut car off and restarted did same thing but after about 2 min. of running it smoothed outbut light was still on. Today i went out to start it and nothing. It cranks and seems like it wants to try and start but wont. o.K. now here is the question. could anyone tell me what that might be. I mean could it be the crankshaft position sensor, a bad coil pack,injectors. The car has never given me ANY trouble until now ive had it a year and a half it has 97,860 miles on it. Any help would be nice. Thank you

Fixed my 97 GP is now running good.

Thanks alot GPme. Any help at this point would be great. Im going to autozone today to see how much a code reader will cost me so i can read the code on it. I had this prob. awhile back and the code was cyl. 4 missfire. That was about 4 months ago.

Yea, I rembemer a few years ago I had my car in for tune up cause it was running a bit rough. The tech told me a cly was missfire, BUT my car was running, the misfire did not pose a NO START. I hope your problem is just fuel system.

Well got code reader today and hooked it up and got a P0301 cyl. 1 missfire. After reading the codes i figured what the hell ill try to start it. sure enough it started. I think ill replace the spark plugs and see what happens. Unless you have any other ideas??? John
