1997 sable speedometer problem

last night while driving, my speedometer and after market cd player went dead. Im believing it's a blown fuse...but the location of the fuse is definetly unknown to me. would someone happen to know exactly where the fuse is that I am looking for? i called a ford repair shop here in town and they said there's 2 fuse boxes for that year of sable. One of them isunder the dash, the other is under the hood. help me out because i cant tell how fast I am going nor can i listen to some good jams! thanks a bunch.

and if anyone else thinks anything else could be the problem feel free to chime in with suggestions!

it is in the fuse box on the right side of the drivers side footwell. I believe the fuse is marked radio on the diagram on the inside of the panel cover.
