ABS after rotor replacement - 95 windstar

I have a 95 windstar. I recently had to replace the front brake
rotors. Now the abs kicks in at the end of braking. I slow down
and right before the van comes to a complete stop the abs kicks in.
Is this an adjustment of some sort or some type of sensor problem?
Can I replace this myself?
