I doubt it would make a significant affect but it would slow down the airflow slightly. Not enough to really worry though unless you're into serious racing.

Depending on how fine the grill is, it will affect airflow a little. I don't think you should worry about it, considering how much airflow you get at normal speeds.

I hope the argument doesn't continue to another thread.
