Hello,
Got en new crx enigine (d16a9) in my civic because the other broke down. After te swap the engine started and there were no problems.
A week later (to busy whit work) i had some time to finish my civic but after a few minutes the oil warning light turned on. Also has the head some more noize than usual. I think that the head isnt getting oil. On the engine is a new filter and oil.
Any sugestions what to check?

Do me a favor and dont drive the car till you figure out what it is. If you can get a hold of a dolley, take it to a shop. Have them check oil pressure and go from there (unless you can do it yourself). No oil getting to any part of the engine is a sure way to ruin it, quick.

mine didnt run for over 9 or 10 months and it ran fine when i started it up
except for 2 injectors being clogged but that was fixed

can it be that the oil pump broke down?

take the valve cover off and start the motor, seriously. If you have oil getting to the head you will definatly know. By the way I dont mean start it and run it, just long enough to see what happens.
As to dereks comment about ht 9 months, I have a motor that wasnt started for almost 10 years and I put a fresh battery on it and pour a little gas in the carb and it started up.

Oh you mean just start it by letting the starter motor run the motor. The spark plugs not conected.

Checked my oil pan and there is a litle bit of oil comming out. If the oil pan has a leak can it be that there isn't anough oil presure?

No. also, oil pumps very rarely break. I really think you should hook a gauge up to it though. i mean, sure youll see if oil is getting to the head if you take the valve cover off and start it and make a huge ass mess, but if there isnt proper oil pressure then you can start to diagnose things. If its low, symptoms would be important things like: bad main bearings, cam shaft journals, etc. And by the way yes, the a9 is a dohc zc.

ok well...did you PUT oil in your new motor when you swapped it into you car? Have you checked to see how much oil shows on the dipstick?

Yes there is enough oil in it but there isn't oil getting into the filter.

If I remember correctly, when the oil is cold, it will bypass the filter because its too thick. Anybody that can back that up?

91civichatch, never heard of that before but i could be mistaken. anyhow civic dohc, if your not getting any oil into your filter, do you get any to the head?
