distributor. loosen the 3 12mm bolts holding it to the head, and rotate it to where you want it, tighten them.
cam gear(never done it though, im assuming this will work) take off valve cover unless its cut to get to it. loosen the nuts/bolts holding the inner/outer parts together and put a wrench on the bolt holding the inner part to the cam and turn the cam either direction depending on which way you wanna go and then while keeping it where you want it with one hand, snug a couple of the outer bolts youd loosend previously to hold it where you want it and then torque all the bolts holding inner/outer parts together to spec.

well if retarding makes it slow in one area and advancing makes it slow in another, keep it stock. there isnt really a reason to change it.

can someone help me figure out this problem .... after i tried to install my autometer air fuel gauge.. wich did not work....
after that my speedometer doesnt work and sometimes it will jump around alot but never reads correct and most the time it stays at 0
also when i start up my car my lights all flicker for about 10 mins then it will stop any ideas ?

sounds like a bad ground. usually if u have a problem arise after doing/changing something, that something u did is exactly wuts causing it. undo it, and everything should be back to normal.
