Kick Panel Removal

HI!

Quick question....I posted a thread in regards to a horrible musty odor that I have in my Saturn (picked it up used a few weeks ago) and after lots of scrubbing and disinfecting the musty smell is still there. I pin-pointed the smell....it is coming from the driver side footwell. I think I am going to have to take the actual carpet out and replace it. Does anyone know how to remove the kick panel? I can't seem to get it off and I am afraid I am going to break the pastic. Any help would be MOST appreciated!!
