?how do you make turbos ?

im a mebie at customizing and im wondering about makeing turbos or superchargers out of scratch? if u have any ideas i really need them

Uhh, Kustm, he wants to MAKE a turbo/supercharger NOT steal one off a Muscle Machines POS....
