64 impala convertible

i have a chance to pick up a 64 vert from a guy but i have a question.the top is gone it also needs a right front fender and a left side door.the main question is the windshield is busted out and the frame is bent down like a tree has fell on it.what i need to know is this thing worth the time can the frame be repaired.this is our first time of restoring a car so i am needing to know if it can be done or will i be getting in over my head.it is the convertible thing that got my wifes attention
