the best bet i can give you would to start out dropping your compression ratio. this is done by installing lower compression ratio pistons. after this is done, you can do anything you want. to answer your questions, no you dont have to buy main studs and all your stock head equipment will work pretty good.

Ok, You know that crazy sticky at the top of the page. The one that states it's for anyone interested in turboing a gs/rs. Well it deals with everything. You'll find people more eager to help if you put some effort into it. I mean ok you didn't search but you passed the thread.

my engine is getting bored out 20 over. h beam rods, 8.8 pistons, arp head stud, i went ahead and bought main studs anyways. the head is going to be stock. nothing really done to it. im porting out the exhaust and intake, throttle body will be opened to 55mm. im going to be running a t25 around stock boost maybe 12 until i can get a tdo5hr maybe a super 16g. i was wondering would the stock head hold up if i buy new valve seals, and valve springs.

pretty sure it will be fine. Make sure your intake and exhaust ports are matched to the ports on the head, if your ports dont match the porting wont help as much as it should.
