You need a power steering pump pulley remover/installer. You can get one at Autozone for around $26. Read the instructions and pull the pulley off. There is a bolt behind the pulley that you can't get at with the pulley on and the pump is free (sort of). If you still have the lines attached and are just moving it out of the way, you need to disconnect the AC compressor (if you have one) below it and the power steering line bracket attached the the rear head needs to be unscrewed.
