96 Chevy Impala SS Power Antenna Help

Have a 96 SS and have problems with power antenna. it doesnt retract anymore but the motor keeps going until it decides to turn off on its own or the battery dies. I was looking for a fuse for the antenna to take it out or if it was possible to easily get to the antenna without having to take out the fender to get to it. Havent found any of the 2. Any help would be great
