accessory wires?

it says in the manual that there are three wires(power,ground and acc.) that are already ran into the car so you dont have to do it yourself, for aftermarket electrical items. the manual says there located on the passenger side by your feet and should be labeld and have fuse ratings. does anyone know where to actually find these cuz I cant, evry wire I see seems to have a purpose and going to something.

ok I guess I found them, there not wires, they have a connector end on them, and you have to open the glove box to see them and there taped to another big group of taped wires, just in case anyone else needs to know.
