b16 Mount Help(pics)

please people im trying to mount my motor in finally, but have come to a problem, how the hell do you mount the tranny side mount? Please someone has to know this.

wow.. auto tranny mounts must be different.. dont know what to tell you :O

Wait, who's got the auto, DXdude or Lvr? Never heard of a B16 auto....

lvr does. but yea, im guessing its cause its a Auto thats causing that problem.

Pictures are sooooo big. Make them smaller and maybe it will be easier to see whats wrong.

ok, all is fixed, plus what front mount can i use for this setup?

may have to have a differnt bottom plate made for that mount... thats odd...

well if your wondering about the fastest automatic crx thing, im just hoping that with all the crap ive added to the motor, i wont come across anyone with a faster auto setup:D

trying to build up an automatic is cool or whatever, but i hardly doubt you'll run a 13.9 :P maybe 14.9

auto's are great for bracket racing.

the b16 alone should get me mid-low 14 passes, then add on the thousands in performance goodies and i think i can break the 13.9 barrier.

oh i heard of a product by hasport that makes an auto conversion kit from the manual to the auto mounts, ive tried emailing but no respsonse, anyoen else ever hear of such a thing.

the b16 alone should get you high-mid 14s... with a close ratio manual tranny. It takes a lot to make it into the 13s, but we shall see..

I would count on atleast a .4 second slower time with the auto tranny, maybe even more. without a really high stall converter or slipping the hell out of the tranny, you wont be able to launch it, and the b16 makes it power up high, so the manual close ratio tranny with high final is a *HUGE* part of what makes the b16 so powerful.

i got a 3500rpm stall in there now, better than the 1200 it had b4

some more bad news for my auto swap(who knew it would be this hard?) anyway I contacted Hasport in hopes they make some type of bracket that would mount the motor using the manual brackets, but to no avail. it appears i will need to tow the car somewhere and have them custom fabricate a mount plate.

But before i do that, do you think if i get the mount plate off a 90-91 LS integra with the auto, i could somehow still mount this bracket?
