has anybody bought projectors off of ebay? Are they really projectors or fakes that look like them. I didnt want to buy them before asking for an opinion. If anybody knows a good place for cheap (price) projectors let me know. I didnt get time to go through the vendors list in the FAQ, sorry.

ha, i just bought a Go-Kart, lol. 200 on ebay. custom engine tops out at around 65. Anyone know if i could custom fab a turbo for this or something that will make it really fast? lol. just an idea.

what kind of engine does it have on it? try searching on ebay for cheater nitrous kit... i have this tricky lil thing installed on my gs gives you a 1 time 30 shot... runs around 55 bucks i think.. that would work pretty well on a gocart i bet.. if its like a 10hp briggs or something im not sure theres a turbo small enough for it to spool.. how many cfm does run of those flow n/a i wonder... cant be too much.. maybe one of thos electric sc's that push like 350cfm might give you a boost on a engine that small.... who knows peace

yeah i checked ebay for nitrous kits, it came back with some that were like 45 bucks i think. Little cartridges that were one time use.

something like that? the engine was listed has a kawasaki 340, i dont know much on the engine other than what he has told me and posted.

I did a google search for "kawasaki 340" and came up with a couple pages that have info on the engine itself.

Now that site has the two typs listed as Air Cooled and Liquid Cooled. Im guessing that Air cooled would be the one i have? It was listed as fan cooled. Which makes the most sense to me. Anyone else have some unput on this?

yeah thats the same basic kit i have on my car.. in my car when you shoot a bottle off it last about 2-3 seconds and gives a decent shot... you can find cartridges to use if you search for "whip cream charger" on ebay or something like that.. thats all those are.. food grade nitrous chargers... with a lil kit that shoots em in our enignes instead :evillol:

helli- are those little cartidges the same thing as the BB gun ones?? i have a ton of those lyin around. Or are those totally different?

also, can you get the parts to make that kit at any stores? like hardware or auto stores? What all does it consist of? Obviously the tubing, but what else?

naw man there diferent bb gun cartridges are filled with co2! these are filled with n20 (nitrous)... there not the same size as your standard co2 catridge either.. a lil smaller.. im sure you could get the tubing at a home depot or something but i dunno how you would make the holder and trigger.. its all cast plastic and stuff..

i have a go-cart with a 1100cc honda V-65 magna motorcycle motor on it and i have it turbo charged! :biggrin: its scary but very fun! 6 speed manual tranny with a posi rear end, i can wip some pretty good shitties. doesnt look the prettiest but its fun!

man if its a go cart i would just visit walmart or something and buy some can paint. i mean shit it might not look the best but its a go cart... and you can get that for like 2-3 bux a can and grab a 3 dollar can of clear and make it shine. if not i got some house of kolor so blue graphic. i have 1 full quart and a quart with 1/3 cup missing (impatient, had to mix a bit up and test spray it on my old junker blazer thats already 15 diferent colors). i paid 110 on the shit shipped and i changed my mind on color.. so if anyone wants it ill take 75 bux pluz shippin on it.. peace

hey guys im not well versed when it comes to turbo stuff and im wondering about something. they say that electric superchargers or whatever cant create boost because although they may have cfm they dont have static pressure right? well im wondering what kind of static pressure a turbocharger puts out vs cfm for like a stock t25 or something. how is the the static pressure measured? like in what units.
i found a old electric blower of some sort thats like 7 inches in diamter but looks like its inline style. thing puts out 1400 cfm at 4 inches static pressure if that makes any sense to you all. im wondering how would i tranlate that into psi it could produce? would it be a fraction of a psi anyhow? i was thinking of using it as the exhaust fan in my custom paint booth im build but was just curous of its capabilities... thx peace

Ok why is it that whenever i see an eclipse with a body kit and a big wing and shit. The guy is always wearing a hat and he is like 280 pounds and when he gets out he has to lean on the door and shit to get out. Like every other body kitted eclipse i see has a big guy over 250 pounds in it? is it me or do big fat guys like eclipses?
